Firstly, I never knew this was an auto renewal subscription of $283 24 Feb 2024. Secondly, I can't even get a refund as my old email service was closed and I can't recover the password I cannot remember. I can't even request a cancellation of this service. Lots of AI as a chat bot, but very little human care/ service. This is why I hate tech companies. Never again will I fall for this purchase through Harvey Norman.

This is great. It was a hijacker. Something loaded as part of another program. Usually I catch it and deny. I missed this but I am really happy this helped me after I was hacked & robbed for $ 800 PayPal/ bank. It is hard to trust random people but I have faith in this and it's not let me down. Great app. I have loved what is offers up to this point. Needed an update so I tried to update it in play store and it just spins "waiting for download". I have tried cancelling the update and re-trying. I uninstalled the app and now I can't re-install because the same issue is occurring. I have a child's internet paused that I now can't unpause because i can't access the app (you can imagine how much frustration that is causing)
