3farma is the sales management platform designed specifically for pharmaceutical companies and their sales representatives. It centralizes relationships with client pharmacies, automates orders to cooperatives and suppliers, and digitizes SEPA mandates—all from a single application designed for fieldwork.

DESIGNED FOR THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The mobile app is optimized for tablets and allows the sales team to work seamlessly during visits:

• View the laboratory's product catalog in real time
• Manage direct orders to the laboratory or transfers via cooperatives (Fedefarma and others)
• Capture SEPA mandates with digital signatures on the device
• Record visits with geolocation and associated photos
• Offline-first synchronization: work without coverage, synchronize upon return
• Secure access via two-factor corporate authentication

FOR THE LABORATORY

From the complementary web application, the laboratory maintains complete control of operations:

• Multi-tenant dashboard with strict separation between laboratories
• Product catalog with stock levels, batches, and expiration dates
• Management of incoming and outgoing orders with automatic synchronization to Holded
• Network of sales representatives with permissions by role (owner, admin, member)
• Real-time sales metrics
• Integration with pharmaceutical cooperatives and suppliers

DIRECT ORDERS AND TRANSFER

3farma supports the two standard order models in the sector:

• Direct order: sent to the laboratory's supplier with SEPA payment and shipping address managed by the sales representative.

• Transfer order: routed through the pharmacy's cooperative, with payment and address managed by the cooperative itself.

The system automatically detects the correct method based on the pharmacy's cooperative membership, without requiring manual decisions from the sales representative.
