Ratings and reviews

Fantastically responsive customer service team. However, reading comprehension is somewhat inconsistent. They're great for the most part, but if the answer is "there is currently no solution", that's a better answer than giving a wrong "solution". Still encountering several minor issues, but these are generally easily addressed and are done so quickly. However there are inconsistencies between the mobile and web platforms that need to be aligned.

I have been using this to manage my gym in Belize for the past 2 years and I have no complaints. It provides all that you can ever need and more to manage your business: staff time tracking, inventory management, membership management, exercise routines, just excellent.

Occasionally didn't want to load after I typed in my login but other than that it's been wonderful and super easy to use.
