The app has good contests but there is a lot of discrepancy with the rules of each games. Not sure, if it is strategic or being novoice. Eg) the scoring time slots, starting benchmark of any game, end scoring time, effect of opting exit. Game before it's scheduled end. Coustomer care helps if we ask but it is not convenient to ask every time. Also i ahve found some bugs in the app, for which I was told that it will be taken care in next update.

All the problems were sorted on call by the customer care executive ( Rohit ). I have never seen any application whose customer care call their user for the feedbacks and suggestions. Nice work threedots team. Keep it up guys. Hope my feedback related to the product which I gave to the customer care will add in your next release. Amazing application and services.
