Text messages will not load. Tresta as a service is great, but this app is so buggy, I can't give it more than 1 star. It has been like this for over a year, similar to other complaints in reviews. The texting system either doesn't load, or when it does load, typing a longer text causes the app to freeze completely and crash. The only other solution is to use the website from a computer. If it wasn't for the convenience, we would have left.

Great customer service, very buggy app. Calling them for support is second to none but it doesn't help when the service itself is very buggy. The app has a lot of bugs: wrong numbers showing up, typing a long message hangs the keyboard, inability to edit settings, no integrations. I do value that the service uses cellular minutes for calling and not VoIP though, which keeps me with them.

I want to love it, but the app is just way too glitchy! I've tried other services, but I like the simplicity and call quality better on this one. Problems : App usually takes 2 tries to open Text messages sometimes don't trigger notifications When text notification does alert, clicking on it does not open the app. After opening app to read text message, it usually takes a minute or so before it appears Incorrect time stamps on text messages And many more issues.
