Worst ticket agency that I've ever used. Canceled my ticket with no reason. I had their travel insurance. It should have paid for another flight to the Philippines. Instead they said nothing else they could do. They would ask airline for my refund, or I could take a voucher from them. What would I do with a voucher when they couldn't find me a flight with three months to go. Very poor customer service. Non existent travel insurance. Nothing but a scam company!!!

Negative The ASAP agent I dealt with sold "fear," into my decision to purchase travel insurance to a destination I was familiar with. He also was untruthful in selling Data services that I was not able to make use of, as the DREAMPASS App was asking me to pay additional money in order to pay for data, which ended costing me a lot of additional Expense . This is a deceitful and dishonest company. Please be aware and don't let them book travel for you.

Absolute trash. failed to find the flight, they advertised. Not only for the price they advertised. But any flight period.
