TRGS — The Reliable Gear Solution puts dive equipment records, inspection dates, servicing and daily equipment movements in one place.

Built for dive centres, liveaboards, training facilities and equipment rental operators, TRGS helps your team see what equipment you have, where it belongs, what is issued and when servicing is due.

EQUIPMENT RECORDS
Manage cylinders, regulators and other dive equipment. Record identifiers, barcodes, serial numbers, specifications, ownership and notes. Keep regulator component details and service records linked to the correct asset.

INSPECTIONS AND SERVICING
Track cylinder visual inspections, hydrostatic tests and regulator servicing. Review service history, due dates and equipment status, including overdue and quarantined equipment. These records support your inspection procedures; they do not replace a physical inspection.

BARCODE AND NFC SCANNING
Find equipment by barcode, linked NFC tag or manual asset number. NFC scanning requires a compatible Android phone and suitable tags. Scan multiple items during stocktakes and issue or return operations.

ISSUE AND RETURN
Record equipment issued to customers and returned to your operation. See what is out and what is available, with staff accountability for recorded actions.

STOCKTAKES AND LOCATIONS
Carry out stocktakes, review completed results and manage equipment locations. Track both company-owned and customer-owned equipment.

STAFF ACCESS AND SYNCHRONISATION
Use individual staff accounts to work with shared organisation records. Work with local Android records where connectivity is limited, then synchronise when connected. Automatic and manual sync options support your workflow.

ANDROID AND DESKTOP
Use Android alongside your equipment and access shared records through a desktop browser on Windows or Mac. Desktop browser access is included with your TRGS subscription.

SIX LANGUAGES
Work in your preferred language with six language options.

REPORTS AND EXPORTS
Export equipment and service-history records for reporting and use in Excel.
