Trialexa is an online software for managing and managing your service operation. It is intended for all small and large car repair shops, car detailing studios, STK and EK operations. It can also help companies that are in charge of fleet management.

Thanks to this functionality, you can control your customers, who are the basic building block of all data in the system. Under the customer, you can register a lot of other necessary data from the service world, such as orders, vehicles, calendar events and much more.
LIST OF ORDERS
Your employees will thank you! The list of all orders within the operation will introduce you and your employees to the current events in the service. Orders created on the Trialexa web platform are automatically synchronized to your mobile application. It is enough if your reception technician assigns the order to a specific employee. Thanks to this step, the employee will automatically receive a notification about the assigned order and also about the date of its implementation. In detail, he will have the opportunity to go through item by item, thus he will get a complete idea of the work he will have to do.
ACCEPTANCE OF VEHICLES
Simply scan the vehicle registration number. After this action, we will search for all available information about the vehicle and create a vehicle card, just select the customer to whom you want to assign the vehicle. Every car service establishment is also obliged to register a record of the KM raid in the central register of the RPZV. Setting up RPZV is also really easy, just enter the name under which you are registered in RPZV in the settings and we will take care of everything else for you.
CALENDAR
A large integral part in these operations is the complex planning of repairs and service inspections. With a few clicks, you can schedule a repair or service check for your customers without further complications. Every user of the software can use the calendar both for their personal planning and for common company matters.
UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS
Working with documents and images is also very important in the service segment. It is very important to record photo documentation at the time when the vehicle is serviced. This documentation serves to protect you and your customers from possible situations arising in connection with, for example, damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
The Trialexa mobile application brings additional functionality for users of the cloud version. It complements it with new important functionalities.
