About this app

LSFlow is your workplace, in your pocket. Clock in from your phone, apply for leave, submit expense claims, view your payslips, and sign HR documents — no paperwork, no waiting in line at the HR office.

LSFlow is the employee companion app for businesses using the LSFlow HR platform. Your employer sets up your account and invites you by email, so you can sign in with your work email and start using the app right away. (Not signed up with an employer yet? Ask your HR team to send you an invite.)

• GPS-verified clock-ins keep your timesheet accurate for shift and site-based work

Leave
• Apply for annual, sick, family responsibility, or any leave type your company offers
• See your real-time leave balance before you apply
• Track, edit, or withdraw pending requests
• Get notified the moment your manager responds

Expense Claims
• Submit claims for travel, meals, and other business expenses
• Snap a photo of your receipt right from the app
• Track claims from submitted to approved to paid

HR Requests
• Raise a grievance, request a document or letter, apply for training, dispute a payslip, or request equipment
• Keep the conversation going with HR through in-app comments and updates

Payslips & Tax Certificates
• View and download your monthly payslips
• Access your annual tax certificate (IRP5) when it's available

Documents & E-Signatures
• Review and sign contracts, policies, and other HR documents securely from your phone
• Keep a personal document vault of everything you've signed or uploaded

Scheduling & Shifts
• View your upcoming shifts and work schedule
• Swap shifts with a colleague, request cover, or release a shift — all subject to manager approval
• Pick up open shifts posted by your employer

• Update your personal details, emergency contacts, and banking information (banking changes require HR approval to protect you against fraud)
• Secure your account with optional two-factor authentication

For Managers
If you manage a team, LSFlow gives you an approvals view right on your phone — review and respond to your direct reports' leave and claim requests, escalate anything that needs a second opinion, and keep your team moving without being tied to a desk.

Your data belongs to your employer, who is responsible for how it's used and protected. LSFlow uses secure, encrypted connections for everything you do in the app.
