Welcome to PULSE PLUS - an enterprise business networking platform that will help you collaborate, share, learn and generate new ideas. PULSE PLUS various features and functionalities will arm you with actionable tools from an unparalleled network of colleagues to make smarter decisions.
Once you log in, first up is "the" most important real estate on any community page - your profile page - a personal branding tool that also allows you to showcase your thought leadership expertise. Edit button on the top right navigation bar allows you to add more information to your profile.
Networking is the key to accessing new perspectives, stories, and insights your peers share. The network tab allows you to send and accept invites from the people you want to connect to. Frequent interactions with your connections, followers, and following will be instrumental in helping you stay focused on your success.
Now you are all set to build upon your journey of interaction and engagement with your peers. Under the feed tab, share thought-provoking posts, multimedia, and articles. If you wish to drive consensus on something, create a poll by posting a question and possible answers. Another cool functionality of PULSE+ is 'Kudos,' which allows you to share appreciation and wishes with your teams and colleagues in a fun and easy way. Kudos provides a spectrum of templates for different categories, like 'Congratulations,’ 'Excellent Job,’ 'Charismatic Leader,' or 'Team Spirit.' Choose a relevant template and select a connection or multiple people to send Kudos. Publish to share the kudos, and the person you recognize will receive a notification letting them know that you gave them a shout-out, besides seeing it in their feed.
And that's not all! The "Forums" tab lets you weigh in on your topics of interest. You can participate, like, or comment on any discussions. Under the " Groups " tab, join groups of interest.
Visit the 'Insights' tab to keep yourself updated with business, technology, or industries related announcements, blogs, and articles. Do not miss learning opportunities from the brightest minds by clicking on the 'Events' tab.
