Quality on a construction site doesn't slip because people don't know what to do. It slips because the right behaviours aren't consistently shown, across projects, teams and the supply chain. Every accreditation, every training course, every compliance tick box covers skills, knowledge and experience. None of it covers behaviour, the part that actually shapes what happens on site day to day.

Under the Building Safety Act, construction businesses are required to demonstrate competence, and that now includes behavioural competence, not just skills, qualifications and experience. Principal contractors and businesses across the supply chain need to show this is being done consistently, not just recorded once and forgotten.

Tribuco supports behavioural competence across housebuilding, retrofit and contracting projects. Guidance is delivered in short, practical formats, built for how people on a construction site actually take in information, not buried in another document nobody reads.
