TrickTic ADE is the phone app for TrickTic ADE, a workspace for coding agents that run on your own computers. See what your agents are doing, answer them when they need you and start new work, away from your desk.
• Home shows your workspaces and their sessions the way your ADE arranges them: what each one is doing and which ones are waiting for you.
• Open a session to read the conversation and reply. Answer an agent's question or approve its next step with one tap, also from a notification.
• New starts an agent: say what to do, pick the agent and model, and choose the computer and workspace it runs on.
• Talk opens a voice conversation with your ADE. Ask what is waiting for you, have it start an agent or answer one. It asks before it acts.
• Your ADE's board, CI and settings open inside the app.
• A widget, a quick-settings tile and app shortcuts open Talk and New in one step.
Your agents run on your computers; the app shows and steers them. You need a TrickTic ADE: an invited hosted account on ade.tricktic.com (sign in with Google) or your own ADE (scan the code from its Settings → Devices). Installing the app does not include an account, an invitation or any coding-agent subscription. You install and sign in to your own agent tools on your computers. Hosted computers are tested on Ubuntu 24.04 (x86-64); Ubuntu in WSL2 on Windows is not yet verified.
Voice is optional. It needs microphone permission and voice set up in your ADE. Before your first conversation the app explains where your speech goes: what you say, and the session you are in, pass through your ADE to the voice provider its settings choose (OpenAI, xAI or Google), and the screen names that provider while you talk. Voice can incur provider charges under your ADE's voice budget. You can report any spoken answer from inside the app.
Notifications need permission and a working push connection. Android and device settings can delay or suppress them. A computer must be online for its sessions to be reachable.
The privacy policy, and account deletion for hosted accounts, are linked from You in the app. Deleting a hosted account removes its live hosted data and signs out its devices. Projects, files and agent accounts on your computers stay under your control.
Follow your coding agents, answer them and start new work from your phone
