Trifo Home is a mobile app connecting your Trifo AI home robot. You can control the robot through the app which provides more information and functionalities than traditional remotes.

The vacuum works really well but the app stopped syncing with the vacuum several months ago. Now to get the vacuum to work I can just push the button. However, I liked it that I could turn the video on the vacuum and check and see it's progress if I was in another room. I also like that I could turn the mop feature on and off through the app. Now I have no choice I can only just turn it on. I cannot select a room or many other features that were available through the app. I would not recommend

It worked well at first. Pairing the app to the device was easy. But now the app has stopped working. I get an "internet connection failure" message even when I try to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have power cycled my phone. None of these fixes have made the app work again. At least the robot can vacuum even without the app, but I have no way of knowing if it is stuck on something without the app sending notifications now.

Stopped working After around a year the app stopped contacting the vaccum and they won't sync up. The vaccum is fine and it appears on the network when I do the QR code step, but the app/server doesn't find my vaccum. It's incredibly infuriating. My vaccum is the Max/Maxwell version. The vaccum itself is great and works as intended, the app and support is unfortunately garbage.
