In the My Doctor app, you can easily contact your GP on your own behalf and on behalf of your children, and you get access to health data registered about you and your children.
With the My Doctor app, you get access to the following:
- Information about and easy access to your GP: See address, contact information, opening hours and any holiday replacement. You can also call the clinic directly from the app
- Information and easy access to the emergency medical service: Call the emergency medical service in your region (which is open for urgent inquiries outside your GP's opening hours)
- Video consultations: Have a video consultation with your GP from, for example, your home
- E-consultations: Ask questions and get answers from your GP by sending an e-consultation
- Appointment booking: Book an appointment or cancel a booked appointment with your GP - the appointment can be, for example, a video consultation
- Appointments: Get an overview of your upcoming and previous appointments throughout the healthcare system
- Medicine: See your current and previous medicine and request a renewal of prescriptions for medicine
- Test results: See results of selected tests
- Vaccinations: See your and your children's vaccinations
- Referrals: See current and previous referrals from your GP and easily find the desired practitioner if you need to book an appointment with, for example, a private specialist

VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
One of the app's many functions is video consultations, which gives you the opportunity to sit at home, for example, and talk to your own doctor over the screen. To get a video consultation, you must have a scheduled appointment with your doctor about this. When you book an appointment, you can ask if the consultation can take place on video. Please note, however, that it will always be the doctor who assesses whether the medical examination requires your physical presence at the clinic.
MEDICINE
Another feature of the app is the ability to view your and your children's current and previous medication and request renewal of prescriptions for medication.
SEE YOUR TEST RESULTS
In the My Doctor app, it is also possible to view your test results for a large selection of tests - e.g. blood tests.
