Simple & effective.. But the main problem is, it does not offer widget for RAM & CPU consumption status, which is what I was looking for.. Also, it doesn't show RAM usage by individual apps.. That doesn't help.. If theses features are added especially with widget support then it will be my only need..

Helpful phone system information - this app doesn't take much RAM or processor power to run. It quickly tells me about the system information of my phone -- briefly and succinctly.

Simple and minimalistic. Gives all basic info about hardware. Some graphic issues: in CPU and RAM pages background and graphs have the same color - white. So it's almost impossible to read what's written there.
