Information regarding our premium subscription offered via an in-app purchase:

The premium subscription is named "Sheytoon Monthly Premium" and provides you with the ability to message anyone without matching, knowing if your recipients have read your messages, and the ability to like more users daily. This is an auto renewing subscription that renews every month. The subscription length is 1 month and you will be charged $19.99 each month until you cancel. No other fee will be charged during the month. Payment will be charged to Google Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Subscriptions after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

My DMs have completely disappeared. I can see that I have new messages, but when I open the DM page, it’s totally blank — nothing shows up at all. I’ve tried restarting the app and even reinstalling it, but the problem is still there. I pay for the membership and sent an email to support team , haven't received any response, this is disappointing.

They use algorithms. Good luck getting matched. This is almost a copy of Tinder. They just want you to stay active swiping and paying for extra likes. Think about it, if everyone found their match quickly they would leave the app and it will be empty of users and hurt their revenue. It's just a business idea to make them money not help people actually find love.

The app needs some serious help and it's not user friendly. As an example, we have to keep tapping to see the images and the profile but all of that could be displayed in the same page. The menu access is unclear and does not have proper icons. UI is basic. I may purchase the select version for couple of months to support the developers and try it more in depth. It's a good idea but you don't need to reinvent the wheel, just use a similar layout as other popular dating apps.
