The application facilitates real-time geolocation of travelers during their trip, allowing their location to be identified in areas previously defined as sensitive or high-risk. In these cases, the system can generate automatic alerts and notifications that help anticipate incidents and improve response capacity to unforeseen situations.

TripSafe includes a panic button that travelers can activate in case of emergency. This feature allows their location and an alert to be sent immediately to the assistance center or the company's designated personnel. Additionally, the application allows direct telephone contact with the security contacts defined by the company, facilitating immediate communication when the situation requires it.

Two-way communication is another key feature of the application. Travelers can maintain direct contact with their company or the assistance center through an integrated messaging system, with read receipts and traceability of communications. This allows them to share relevant information about their destination, receive safety instructions, or resolve issues during their trip.

Designed as a flexible and customizable solution, the app allows each company to configure emergency contacts, risk zones, corporate visual identity, and notification preferences, adapting the tool to its own security protocols and the needs of its travelers.

Traveler privacy is a core element of the application's design. Location tracking is only activated with the user's explicit consent, which can be managed at any time directly within the app. Data is processed securely, encrypted, and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
