Good app to track marketing performance on the go. Rated 4 stars because I prefer desktop. I know they're in the process of rolling out more AI automation options and chat insights but I used the app before these features were rolled out. Overall, I loved their customer service and appreciated their multiple attribution models.

1 month in and I'm loving Triple Whale! Easily the best solution for attribution + dashboards + creative insights I've seen for DTC & Shopify. App is great too, can be a little buggy (won't open occasionally + data takes a long time to upload occasionally) but I've been in eCommerce for 20+ years and this is the best I've ever had for a quick view on things + actionable insights. Thx!!

Good app but disappointed with the lack of proper customer service. They didn't respond despite multiple emails from our end. We are considering alternatives

What’s new

Updated to support Android 16 (API 36). The app is now available to install for users on all currently-supported Android versions, including those previously unable to install due to older target API levels. Minimum required: Android 7.0
