The feature helps travel businesses get leads crated within TripMeld leads modules. Additionally, this feature provides an ability to trace accurate customer communication history inside the CRM system for itinerary coordination, booking assistance, customer follow-ups, and travel support workflows. To support this functionality, the app uses Android FOREGROUND_SERVICE capability to detect incoming and outgoing business call state changes while agents interact with customers. The foreground service synchronizes call metadata such as:
• call status
• call duration
• timestamps
• customer phone number linked to CRM activities

Foreground processing is essential because delayed or interrupted call event handling may result in incomplete CRM activity history, missed customer interactions, failed follow-ups, or reduced customer support efficiency during active travel operations.). This feature is used strictly for enterprise CRM workflow management and customer support activities. The app does not record phone conversations, capture audio content, or perform hidden call monitoring. Only business communication metadata required for CRM operations is processed.
