TripProf is a group trip planner that keeps your entire trip in one app: the itinerary, the guides, the expenses, the packing list, the documents and the memories.

Invite your travel companions and plan together in real time. Everyone sees the same itinerary, the same checklist and the same budget, so nobody is working from an outdated screenshot. Up to 30 people on a trip, with no per-person fee.

Build each day on a map of your destination, or let smart autoplanning draft the days and edit anything afterwards. Add stays, transport and whatever you have already booked, and the plan works around it.

Track what everyone spends in any currency, split costs between travel companions, and settle up at the end without a spreadsheet or an awkward conversation. TripProf shows who owes whom, and how much.

Paint every country you have visited on a world map, see how much of the world you have actually reached, and collect medals as the map fills in. Group your visits into Journeys, add a line and photos to the Logbook, and share your map as a card or a short video. Switch the map between street, satellite and terrain.
Trip Inbox
Forward a booking confirmation to your trip and TripProf pulls out the flight, hotel or rental details and files them where they belong. No copying dates between apps.
Smart checklists
Packing and to do lists shaped by your destination, the season and how you travel. Shared with the group, so two people do not both pack the adapter.
