As of 2/13/26 the app has become completely non-functional. It shows a blank, black screen every time it opens. Attempting uninstall/reinstall does not fix error. App has been unusable for nearly a week. Device: LG Velvet running Android v13.

Randomly changes the volume of my music every time I open it or do anything on it. Update: they recently updated it and switched everything to dark mode. There is no way to switch it back to light mode. It is now impossible to read while you are in natural light of any kind, as you might be while, say, waiting for the bus

Doesn't tell you with enough notice when a bus is cancelled. Would be nice if it would tell you when the bus isn't going to stop when it should. Multiple riders including myself have noticed buses not showing up or driving right past without picking up anyone from the stop. It's been an issue since I moved here but more frequent lately. Would love to know why this happens more than once a week.
