The bus is not really relieable,the dipatch people reps are direspectful and not helpful at all the app is bad as well,when trying to book a pickup.

This app is for the new way of requesting a bus with the changes to Lethbridge transit. Between this and the old system I can't easily find how to get to my destination. There's no bus transfer times in the app. Also, there's a real lack of information on how this system works effectively to get you around town.

Says my location is 10 blocks away from my actual location. Lol. And that's using the apps GPS LOCATION feature . I wasn't able to use the app so I used the online website and was able to find a solution that way . Thanks .
