There are never any rides available. The app is worthless I see vans around town but They must call in to get a ride

This app is for the new way of requesting a bus with the changes to Lethbridge transit. Between this and the old system I can't easily find how to get to my destination. There's no bus transfer times in the app. Also, there's a real lack of information on how this system works effectively to get you around town.

Such a horrible app can't even schedule my ride ( this happens often) 8/2/2024 update 11/8/2024 app still is horrible update 02/25/2025 how can I say this the app is gone even worse now I can't even schedule a pickup time without the app crashing and instead of the time that you were wanting it book it books you for a Time an hour later it took me 10 minutes to book two trips 4/23 the app absolutely doesn't work. absolute garbage
