Triptic is the marketplace for trip-ticket cars in Egypt.

A trip-ticket car comes into Egypt without customs duty on a temporary permit. It can be driven for up to six months, then must be parked for a similar period, and its exemption ends on a fixed date. So the real question before you buy is not just the price: can I drive this car home today, and how long is its permit valid?

SEARCH THE WAY YOU BUY
• Filter by make, model, year, price, mileage, city and seller type.
• Show only cars that are drivable now, or that will be by a date you choose.
• Sort by newest, price, mileage or soonest drivable.

A CLEAR LEGAL POSITION FOR EVERY CAR
• One status per car: Drivable now, Parked, Not in Egypt, or Exemption expired.
• Driving and parked windows, with the days left.
• Customs position and exemption expiry date.

VERIFIED BY THE TRIPTIC TEAM
• Every listing is reviewed by staff before it goes live.
• Seller Verified, Documents Verified and In Country Confirmed badges say exactly what our team has checked.

FOR BUYERS
• Save cars and come back to them.
• Ask the Triptic team about any car and get the reply in your messages.
• Get your eligibility verified once (dual nationality or foreign residency) and show sellers you can buy.

FOR SELLERS AND GARAGES
• List your car step by step, with photos, video and its permit dates.
• Track views and interest on each listing.
• Garages get a business profile and can list up to 100 cars.

YOUR PRIVACY
• Seller phone numbers are never shown publicly.
• Identity documents are seen only by the Triptic team.

Triptic is not a party to the sale. Payment and the transfer of ownership happen between buyer and seller, off the app.
