Has some good features, like Live Tracker, but payments through the app are more complicated than they eed to be. If you have a virtual wallet and try to use it, it always resets and you have to start over. Very frustrating when you're trying to pay before train arrives. Also, their ticket machines at their stops only take exact change. Please start taking virtual wallets at the kiosks with tap payments. I would make everyone's experience a lot smoother and less stressful.

Seems they try to make you avoid taking public transport. I tried to create an account, and they kept my username was taken (I tried different emails). I tried to buy through my wife's phone, I bought a one way ticket, after a few tries because app crashed and all my data would disappear. When I bought the one way ticket, it activated automatically... I was buying it for next day, I just wanted to have it in advance not to deal with it last moment. I do not like having to install this app when I need to check the schedule, because on the website I cant scroll or change the size of the table. Kind of a double whammy, since the app works but the schedule on the site (unreadable for me) seems to be the more reliable one. Tri-rail tickets are over-priced, why not giving back a little to the customer base by fixing small things like this?
