About this app
The AusFleet App supports AusFleet’s fleet management software. It is not usable as a standalone app and is relevant only to organisations using AusFleet. It helps reduce manual administration, assists OH&S and NHVAS and contributes to analysis and reporting.
Options available depend on your organisation’s licensed AusFleet modules and access settings.
Options include:
Hire Bookings (require AusFleet Hire module):
- Book pool cars or plant.
- View photos and charge details (if applicable).
- Edit, cancel, pick-up and return bookings.
- Notifications are emailed and bookings are recorded in AusFleet.
- Enter odometers for utilisation reporting and charging.
- Integrates with AusFleet’s optional key cabinet interface for secure key storage, access control and time recording.
Pre-Start & Periodic Checklists (requires AusFleet Checklist modules):
- Carry out pre-start checks on plant/vehicles by answering a series of questions.
- Enter fault descriptions and upload photos.
- Defects are sent to AusFleet for assessment, prioritisation and scheduling.
- Offline checklists are automatically uploaded when back online.
My Jobs (requires AusFleet R&M module):
- Workshop staff see their jobs on a daily basis, including parts and requirements.
- Timesheets are created whenever a job is started and stopped using the app.
- Select job codes for R&M analysis.
- Confirm parts fitted and requirements completed.
- Report defects which can easily be added to future jobs as requirements.
Service Requests (requires AusFleet Service Requests module):
- Easily submit maintenance requests or report defects.
- Submissions arrive in AusFleet for assessment and scheduling.
- Requests are updated when scheduled or cancelled.
More functions will be introduced over time!
