Ratings and reviews

Each login session requires verification, and the system automatically logs out after five minutes. This necessitates multiple logins throughout the day, particularly when engaged in tasks such as submitting paperwork or conducting credit checks, which can be disruptive.

There are number of issues: 1) It does not let you delete an invoice Once you start it. It stays in your submitted invoices as, " incomplete". 2) In accessorial charges you have to select from list. It doesn't give you put as "Others" to customize. Example: I had, "On time Delivery" to claim, no option.

App is completely broken, it will not give me the option of submitting a rate confirmation. Half the time your login password will not be accepted either.There tech support is completely incompetent and can barely speak English. Find a different factoring company
