About this app

TRM FSE is the official field-service app for authorized employees and contractors of The Resource Management (TRM). A TRM-issued account is required to sign in — this is an internal business tool, not a consumer app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clock in/out with GPS at your assigned sites, with shift tracking so your project manager can coordinate on-site activity.
• Weekly timesheets — log time per project and submit for approval.
• Expenses — snap receipts, categorize, and submit for reimbursement.
• Leave — request time off (including Leave Without Pay for contractors) and view your balances.
• Job & completion reports — capture site photos, complete per-day reports, and sign CMR deliveries on the spot.
• Approvals on the go — managers review and approve time, expenses and leave.
• Secure sign-in with optional Face ID / fingerprint unlock.

TRM field service engineers, project managers and contractors. Sign-in requires a TRM account.

LOCATION
The app uses location, including in the background, only around your scheduled work shifts — to support clock-in/out, job reporting and on-site coordination. You control location access at any time in your device settings.
