I was really enjoying this app until the update. I don't like how I had to redo my subscription that I already had set and then I got an email randomly saying my subscription was canceled when I didn't cancel it. I redid it so I got charged another $5 when I already paid for this month. It's super frustrating cuz I was really enjoying watching the shows on this app but now I cant watch anything because of the update. And the two new episodes of the House of blueface are gone.

I unsubscribe at the end of November through the app. Then i deleted the account and un-installedthe app on my phone. They still charged me $4.99 in December. They skipped in January, and now they are trying to submit a payment in February. I can not get a hold of anyone from this app. So my bank will take care of it and reissue me a new card. Very sad how, we unsubscribe, delete the account and app. Then they still charge you. Very crazy. I will never use this app again.

Yall just need to make an unsub that's all that's needed, because having to cancel/delete our account in order to cancel the subscription is so dumb especially when I cant find "cancel" account or wtv but plz add an unsub and I'll up the rating...the phone app is good but not being unable to unsubscribe is dumb
