Troop Connect is a private communication and coordination app built for the adults running youth groups — sports teams, school clubs, outdoor youth programs, faith youth ministries, summer camps, and similar adult-led organizations.
If you've been juggling a group text, a shared calendar, a sign-up sheet, and a folder full of permission slips, Troop Connect replaces all of it with one private space your group actually uses.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Channels — A clean channel sidebar with separate spaces for announcements, sub-groups, leadership-only chat, and one-to-one direct messages. Messages, photos, and files stay in the channel they belong to.
• Calendar with sign-ups — Create events, share locations, collect RSVPs, and attach sign-up sheets for potlucks, gear lists, ride shares, or volunteer slots. Fixed-capacity slots auto-lock when full.
• Documents and signatures — Upload permission slips, codes of conduct, medical forms, and policies. Members sign on their phones with a typed e-signature; the signed copy is stored alongside an audit trail.
• Member directory — Every adult member's name, role, and contact info in one place. Leaders invite new members in bulk, and the new member's first sign-in puts them in the right channels automatically.
• Beacon assistant — Quiet system messages confirm sign-ups, surface schedule changes, and remind members about upcoming events without spamming the chat.
BUILT FOR ADULTS
Troop Connect is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not create accounts for minors, and we do not collect data directly from minors. Where a youth is referenced — for example on a permission slip — the parent or guardian enters that information through their own adult account.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Channels are private to the group. Public channels do not exist.
• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not show third-party advertising inside the app.
• Messages, photos, documents, and sign-up data live in Google Cloud (Firebase) inside the United States.
• Built-in moderation — leaders can configure profanity and harassment thresholds for their group.
• Account deletion is available from inside the app (Settings → Privacy & Your Data → Delete my account) or by email request to admin@chemmoholdings.com.

Troop Connect is currently available to organizations based in the United States.
SUBSCRIPTION
Troop Admin (Annual) — US$149.99 per year per troop, billed annually through Google Play. New troops get a 14-day free trial; payment begins only if the trial is not canceled before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at US$149.99/year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
