I don't understand...TWH app worked great before latest update in July. Now we can’t sign off individual tasks; we can only "sign off all". That was the big perk of the app. Submitted ticket in July, got quick response from customer service...they replicated the issue and were working on it. I reached back out a few weeks ago in August for an update...no response. It is now mid-September. Our pack is looking at other options to track advancement and achievements.

My son has a long name (23 characters) so the button to register for any activity gets pushed off the side of the screen and I can't see or click it, basically the main thing I want to do in the app I can't do.

I love this as a scout it has helped me so much

What’s new

This release adds push notifications for in-app messaging. Tapping on a notification will open the relevant message in the app.

If you have not yet configured notifications, a banner will appear on the home screen prompting you to do so. You can configure notifications separately for each login, or opt out entirely if you would prefer.
