About this app

Tropê: Your trip, all in one place.

Organizing a group trip often becomes a second job. The itinerary gets scattered among notes, screenshots, and messages that no one can find at the crucial moment. Expenses accumulate without clarity—someone always pays more and only discovers the loss at the end. Documents get lost among emails, PDFs, and booking links that expire before being used. And the entire group depends on a single person to know what to do next.

Tropê was created to end this chaos, bringing together in a single app everything a group needs before, during, and after a trip.

TRAVEL MANAGER
The operational center of your trip. A single dashboard brings together destinations, schedule, and participants. Build the collaborative itinerary day by day, in list or agenda view, with editing permissions for the entire group—so no one works alone and everyone sees the same updated information. Track expenses by category, monitor real-time consumption graphs, and let Tropê automatically calculate the final bill: who owes whom, without spreadsheets or arguments. Store tickets, vouchers, reservations, and identification documents in the travel safe, accessible even without internet during the trip. Distribute a pre-trip checklist among participants, with progress tracking for each task.

MATCH OF TASTES
Each person in the group travels differently, and that's exactly where itinerary disputes arise. Tropê applies a quick travel profile test to each participant and cross-references the results of the entire group to recommend tours, restaurants, and experiences with the highest chance of pleasing everyone—without one person always having to give in to the others. It's a way to arrive at an itinerary that the group builds together, instead of an itinerary imposed by whoever took the lead in planning.

MARKETPLACE
Search and book flights, accommodation, car rentals, and experiences without leaving the app. Every reservation made through Tropê is automatically included in the group's travel itinerary and expense tracking, eliminating the need to copy information from one app to another or lose the confirmation in an email.

GIQUINHA, YOUR TRAVEL ASSISTANT
Giquinha is Tropê's artificial intelligence assistant, and she's where you already are: on WhatsApp, Telegram, and also in the chat within the app itself. Talk to her to record an expense, ask about the day's schedule, get answers to your travel questions, or receive itinerary suggestions—all via text, without needing to open screens or fill out forms. Giquinha accompanies the group from planning to the day-to-day of the trip, summarizing what matters when it matters.

MADE FOR GROUP TRAVEL
Unlike itinerary apps or isolated expense spreadsheets, Tropê was built with the real unit of a trip in mind: the group. Friends, family, or couples—everyone sees the same itinerary, shares the same expenses, and has access to the same documents, in an app designed for the Brazilian way of traveling.

Download Tropê and make planning your next group trip simple, from the first invitation to the final settlement.
