It (mostly) works, but lacks features. The good - It is reliable for opening up the Trova Go. I didn't have any problems with connecting to the safe. The Bad - You cannot deactivate the device from your account to transfer ownership of the device. This feature does not work. I had to log in with an Apple device in order to deactivate the device. Features needed: sharing, allowing others to open once, timed opening, etc. The functionality is way too limited. Hopefully they will add in future.

lacks even basic features of similar products and sometimes will not allow access for a few hours at a time, usually when I really need what is inside. but the support team is top notch-responding until issues fixed and the esthetics of the Go and Go Plus cannot be beat so I can't walk away.

It does what it's designed to do. Sometimes there are glitches. The customer service people are very prompt and thorough in assisting you.
