This app does not work well at all. The first time I used it, it would not let me into the lot to get my truck on the last day of storage. I had to pay for another day to get in, and them when I saw my credit card bill - it had charged me for TWO extra days! I'm trying to use it again now for a 10 day stay and have entered the start and end days properly on the calendar. But when I get to the next page - the entered end date is gone, and instead it show s the end date as "No end date" - like they are going to keep charging me forever!! I redid it three times - it keeps changing the end date to "no end date" Given my past experience - I think it will keep charging me forever! After going through the payment page it did charge the correct amount - but without showing the correct date. Sorry to say this, but it is not ready for primetime. It has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed before you force people to use it.

It doesn't allow you to conduct a search. It keeps saying to put in the correct place even though you already have. In the profile setting it does not allow you to put in your payment info. Or create your home spot. Keeps saying to select spot number even though you already have also. Poor app. To many bugs.

My first time using this app. I booked a spot for 4 nights which ended up being a bobtail spot. I noticed someone was already in that spot. So I booked another spot which I quickly learned was for tractor AND trailer. I called customer service, a lady answered. I explained the issue of paying for multiple spots, for 4 days each and that someone was in the spot I booked when I arrived. The woman sounded sympathetic and said she'd have someone from billing contact me. STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
