As a vendor, TrueAccess simplifies the credentialing process by allowing you to upload all required documents and sign all hospital policies entirely with your phone.

It simplifies your movement in and out of the hospital automatically logging your visits. You no longer have to look for a kiosk or print a badge.

It clarifies the hospital's management of vendors with a intuitive dashboard to manage documents and policies, display vendor activity, set appointments and message vendors, individually or in groups.

the badge that this pairs with doesn't work. it has only lit up 1 time out of the 20 or so times I have entered the hospital. the fact that you "require" me to allow your app to track my location at all times it's absolutely bonkers. I'd prefer to just sign in at a kiosk as opposed to giving you access to information you absolutely do not need

This app isn't reliable for keeping the (really expensive) badge connected. If that unpairs, expect it to never work again as your phone will reject the connection.
