Worst app ever! I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 5 months, but none of the contact numbers work and no one responds to emails or support requests. Yet, the subscription fee keeps getting deducted automatically from my account. I have all the payment records and proof of my attempts to cancel. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be filing a legal complaint in consumer court. Warning: Think twice before installing this app. Subscribing is easy, but cancelling not

⚠️ My TrueFan Experience I paid ₹1,999 for the subscription, but the watermark was still there. Removing it required an extra ₹200–₹300. I also couldn’t freely choose the videos I wanted, and getting a refund was difficult. For me, it was ₹2,000 wasted. Personally, I don’t think this app is worth the money. Think twice before subscribing! ❌ 💸 ₹1,999 subscription ❌ Watermark not removed 💸 Additional charges may apply ❌ Limited flexibility ❌ Refund may be difficult ❌ Poor value for money.

I subscribed through AutoPay and ₹1,999 was deducted. After contacting support, I received only a ₹1,000 partial refund. I emailed the grievance officer but haven't received a response yet. I also had difficulty canceling the subscription from the app. I hope the team improves customer support and resolves my issue.
