very bad contact support. useless app. customer service is very bad. and costomer care officers' behaviour is so rough. if you fall in any problem. they don't help you out. But blame you that you are the reason of your problem. don't use it. and one more thing which video thay give you that's are only edited videos. and there are limited celebraties available. totally worthless app is this.

payment button disappears when you press check status. so you can select 3 hours delivery but can't pay. please fix this.

Tried this for birthday wishes service. Pathetic customer service. Paid extra for quick delivery of 3hrs but didn't get the message even after 8hrs. Tried calling customer service multiple times and all was for waste. They kept telling half hr more and then took the whole day. Waste of money. I regret paying around 700rs (msg+ additional charge to remove app name + additional charge for 3hr delivery). Also they don't update anything properly on WhatsApp. Poor service.
