New update broke the app and now I can't use the questions I paid for. It just keeps having pop ups saying the timer is paused. Update: contacted support and they asked if I cleared the app cache. I told them did and reinstalled the app. I also sent a screen capture of what was happening. They never responded after that. I guess I won't be renewing my subscription, so they saved me 180 dollars.

Decent app missing many features that would be convenient (highlighting, strike through, comments, feedback, etc). Key issue here is with the COMLEX 3 bank; the "fill in the blank" / "select multiple answers" questions are completely broken, they mark you wrong regardless of what you do. I just got marked wrong on every question of a 6-question series on CHF, even though I answered them all correctly. This is significantly restricting what I'm able to do on the mobile app.

What happened? The app is now completely unusable. It crashes immediately after opening and glitches horribly for the time it is open.
