Great tech support! But you shouldn't need it. Annoying known bug: Each morning had to put my phone into and out of airplane mode to get my eSim back on-line. With just a few days left in-country, one of our phones "lost" its remaining days. (Fixed.) We were supposed to be able to have special pricing to our touring group, but once taken to the purchase screen found it was only available to us at 50% more than the group price for the 30 days. Could be a 5-star offering without these issues.

I've used Truely in my home country in the USA and in Panama. it was easy to get service started and use. made it very easy to use my phone. There are multiple providers possible in the US and service worked well better on some providers than others due to coverage. would recommend people look into Truely as an option for when they travel. I'm about to use them for an upcoming trip.

my sim wasn't working as I landed, and WOW the tech support was incredible. not only do they automatically know what phone you have, they send easy instructions to help if your phone needs more technical input to set things up. I chatted to Andy and he was so helpful. it was sorted in about 15 mins & every instruction worked until we finished all the steps and got my esim connected! so not only are the esim deals great, app easy to use, and fast to purchase- the tech support is fantastic too!
