Need to update your services to make the patient to be able to recertify easier. Tried over a week to do the recertification and never worked.

The app is terrible when it comes to the recertification, it leaves you in the same spot, and it won't send the documents, and there's no help from anyone. The app doesn't send you notifications properly, I only knew I had to do a recertification because the Dr's office told me. The only thing good about the app is the virtual card, but I'm not surprised most government sites or apps are virtually buggy and hard to navigate, specifically with no proper support when you encounter a problem in it

This app is useless. Only works to check received messages but not to schedule an appointment (unless is "online") or to recertify. Even if you upload the documents required, they will tell you through email that you need to visit your near ASES office. What a waste of time! 😒
