Keeps logging off. Each time, you have to sign in constantly. Also, appointment reminders did not show up at all from their system. As for the office where i had to go. There was no PRIVACY at all. They legit put me in front of the counter. ( ventanilla) Everyone in the lobby could hear everything. And i came out without the actual recertification that should have been printed. Also, the app doesn't have this feature where you could print it out. So idk what the app is for.

The app is terrible when it comes to the recertification, it leaves you in the same spot, and it won't send the documents, and there's no help from anyone. The app doesn't send you notifications properly, I only knew I had to do a recertification because the Dr's office told me. The only thing good about the app is the virtual card, but I'm not surprised most government sites or apps are virtually buggy and hard to navigate, specifically with no proper support when you encounter a problem in it

What’s new

In this new release, we have optimized the recertification application submission process to enhance user experience and efficiency. Beneficiaries can now submit their recertification applications up to 45 days before their certification expiration date and up to 120 days after the certification expiration date. This update ensures a more flexible and seamless recertification process for all users.
