Vision, powered by Truepic, allows people to capture authentic, geolocated images of their most valuable property for insurance claims and underwriting purposes.

The app makes it seamless for you to document your goods: one click login via SMS link to your device, one click verified and geolocated image capture, streamlined image commenting, exporting, and sharing. The images are saved in your secure local gallery for future access should a claim dispute arise!

couldn't agree more with the other reviews, lots of hoops to jump through for something that should be handled with an email or a text message. needs location permission, then won't work. if you have developer mode on, then takes forever to initialize the camera, and so on and so forth. unavoidable if you run into a recall, but whoever makes the app needs to do better

You have to be outside with a clear view of GPS to initialize the camera. The camera will just hang on initializing if you're not outside. The app doesnt tell you this. I wasted 2 hours trying to get this to work on 2 different phones. It wasn't until I used AI to help me troubleshoot this that it suggested I go outside to get a clear view of the sky. Then it worked. And then I had to go outside to initialize the camera each time before going back inside to take a pic. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was forced to use this app for my recalled Midea (that failed a month outside of warranty). It kept saying my phone was in developer mode when it wasn't. I only got to talk with an AI because customer service never got back with me, even though it said my wait time was 10 minutes. I ended up having to borrow another phone to get it to work. Horrible.
