Awful. First you have to give it all sorts of permissions, then it won't let you take photos if you have developer mode on your phone! Completely ridiculous to have to jump through all these hoops like you're trying to scam the company, when in fact it's the company that messed up. Yes, this app isn't directly connected to the Midea recall, but it's a terrible app overall and is forced on us to get the refund we're entitled to. I even tried to use it on my tablet but it will only allow phones!

Takes pics, but that's about it. You can't edit comments. You can't get back to a pics to edit. It says you're missing pictures but doesn't tell you where. Very poor interface. Plus, I'm slightly immobile (difficult to walk), yet it had me racing back and forth to take pictures. I had to climb the stairs 6 times, which takes me several minutes each time. I'm exhausted!!!

App does not work. Will not even open on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. the app just attempts to open and load the entire time with the little circle just going round and round. My phone is fully updated to the latest Android version and the latest security updates. A company, Sedgwick (Insurance company), is requiring me to use this app in order to submit photos for the Weber recall but I can't even open the app do start the process!
