This app allows you to conduct a time trial using a single smartphone:
Organizers can offer races that anyone can register for using this app (or the organizer can handle the registration themselves), as well as view the start list and later the results. The organizer can then assign timekeepers at up to 256 checkpoints, each with up to 256 laps – or time the riders themselves. Riders are identified using existing Bluetooth transmitters – such as heart rate monitors, power meters, cadence sensors, speed sensors, or pedal counters – which can be submitted with registration or recorded on-site. Their time is then recorded precisely, reliably, and automatically with a smartphone, either manually or, even better, using an easily created finish bar.
Therefore, there's no need to distribute or collect transponders on-site.
The timing can also be adjusted by the timekeeper after the fact.
The results are visible to everyone via the app or in a password-protected area, and can also be downloaded by the organizer at any time as a CSV file.
