The app is super slow and gets stuck on the splash screen. I'm stuck and can't scan the QR code to use via TV.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Your latest version stinks. Way too many bugs. Don't release the new update, if it is not ready.

Always occurs the playback error during football matches. I pay monthly fee for watching footballs, not for see the black screen and said "playback error". The worst things is about the call center, I try to speak with the staff to reach this problem several times, Anyway, it is impossible to contact the human staff, only bot again and again. So poor.
