Since the last update channels 222, 224 etc.. I have to constantly change the language setting to English. it used to remember that. Also I can't change the onscreen menu to English. The point is before the update the app remembered my settings

Always occurs the playback error during football matches. I pay monthly fee for watching footballs, not for see the black screen and said "playback error". The worst things is about the call center, I try to speak with the staff to reach this problem several times, Anyway, it is impossible to contact the human staff, only bot again and again. So poor.
