Ratings and reviews

This app is surprisingly bad for as much effort as is likely being spent on it. There's more focus on making everything seem "pretty" than on actual functionality (e.g., the animated leaf icon while you're waiting for everything to load). You can't even get a receipt right after making a payment like you can on the website. Also, I can't figure out how to remove the original (now outdated) credit card I used to set up the account, if that's even possible using the app.

They sell you hard on using the app...only problem is that it's completely useless. It exists to accomplish nothing, as you'll inevitably have to call them regardless for anything. How hard is it to develop an app for scheduling appointments? Apparently it's impossible. Oh you'd like to pay us for our service? Too bad, we are going to make you jump through eleven hoops if you want any service from us. The amount of opportunities missed from a business perspective are astonishing from my view.

I have seen a lot of apps in my day. This one ranks down there at least in the bottom 5 apps in my lifetime. It tells you absolutely nothing about your services. The Chatbot is almost as useless and limited. I can't believe people are pushed to this app from the sales people. If I were them I would avoid allowing customers to see this at all costs. Just call the company on a regular basis rather than wasting the resources on your phone to load it.
