This app is surprisingly bad for as much effort as is likely being spent on it. There's more focus on making everything seem "pretty" than on actual functionality (e.g., the animated leaf icon while you're waiting for everything to load). You can't even get a receipt right after making a payment like you can on the website. Also, I can't figure out how to remove the original (now outdated) credit card I used to set up the account, if that's even possible using the app.

The app is not bad, but it appears to have limited features and functionality. For example, I wanted to pay a bill a couple weeks ago and the option to do so just wasn't there, but ha been at other times. Inconsistent. Also, customer service is not great. For contact options, you can email with a request for reply. I have NEVER gotten a reply. Also, I have repeatedly asked for more than a one day notification for upcoming service. I get a half promise, but it never changes.

I downloaded this app but could not get past creating a password. It kept telling me that I needed to meet all requirements. I was meeting all requirements and I tried several times with different passwords. I hope you can fix this as I believe that this app would be useful once it is working properly. I am a transfer customer from Funk LawnCare and this is not making a very good impression.
