Trusit has constantly been making changes that make everything harder for us. First they "consolidated" our 8 credit cards into 2 accounts. The accounts dont sync with the individual cards so we never know how much we owe or how much credit we have available. Now they come out with this security feature requiring the authenticator app in order to login to the truist one portal, but the app doesn't work! It hasn't worked for over a year. The app just takes you to a webpage displaying an error.

Downloaded this app for work purposes and once downloaded and trying to open the app it brings me to the Truist webpage in Google Chrome. Once on the webpage it says "Hmmm ..that didn't work.""How do I fix this? I have given the app all permissions and still nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times as well. Downloaded on my husband's phone that is the same as mine and it works fine. I have a Google Pixel 8.

Asks for camera permission, but says "Hmm, that didn't work" when you allow it. Plus, there's nothing about enabling 2FA on their website either. Tried turning developer access off, now it wants to scan something on my computer screen, but doesn't say WHAT to scan. At this time, my video game has better security via Google Authenticator.
