Horrible UX (laggy/unresponsive buttons), constant error messages (claiming that a plan for the country I'm in isn't usable in my current location, then claiming my device was "compromised", randomly vague error messages forcing you to close the app and start over). Did manage to get the SIM provisioned but still a horrible experience.

The app doesn't work as it should. None of the button's work. The only things that work is when you try to refresh it. I'm also pretty sure that, I've only bought a plan with no subscription, yet the app says it's gonna auto-renew. I'm not sure if it's gonna do that, but it's worrysome as it is already. The plan is also janky, whenever the app breaks, so does my network connection.

Horrible app, horrible customer service. I installed one plan and i worked fine. I travelled to another country so i bought another plan, the e-sim did not work. I have been talking to customer service by email for a week now, delay in their responses, they have no idea what the issue is, they are trying to save time by asking me to do many different manipulations with my phone, to no avail. i tried to log out of the app, it is not possible. Worst experience ever.
