TrustAm Field Ops is the internal mobile tool used by TrustAm's field agents to onboard service providers across Nigeria. Not a consumer app.

What field agents can do

• Find and visit prospective service providers in their assigned territories.
• Verify provider identity (BVN, NIN, business documents) on the ground.
• Capture provider portfolios, profile photos, and service categories.
• Submit complete onboarding packages for back-office approval.
• Track territory targets and submission status.
• Schedule revisits, log issues, and communicate with the central ops team.

• Optimized for low-bandwidth conditions — work offline, sync when you have signal.
• Geofenced check-ins so the central team knows where each onboarding happened.
• Document capture optimized for Nigerian ID formats (BVN slips, NIN cards, CAC documents).

Security

• Agent accounts only. No public sign-up.
• Biometric login, encrypted at rest and in transit.
• All onboarding data is restricted to authorized TrustAm operations staff and is subject to TrustAm's Privacy Policy.

Privacy and compliance

TrustAm Field Ops collects provider information on TrustAm's behalf in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, CBN KYC requirements, and AML/CFT regulations. Provider data is processed by TrustAm Technologies Ltd and shared only with regulated third-party verification partners.
