great service. very knowledgeable. is they don't know something they find someone that does. and they talk to you like you are a person. not like other banks that look and talk to you like you are below them. international falls credit union. has been my go to. I've tried other banks and they just charge your fees and keep sending you to the next person.

Easy, fluid, and a breeze to work with, as are the team of people on the other side of the app. My previous experience with "online banking" left me unimpressed and somewhat annoyed with how simplification is the goal, but complication is the result. Well not here! For my money, this is the banking app by which all others should be measured.

the first 3 dots at sign in are always lit up when I open the app. it takes a second until they clear and I can put in my pin. wasn't lime that before the last update. otherwise totally satisfied
