AgentConnect is the official field-operations app for Gondal Fulbe dairy cooperative agents. It lets authorised agents run their day in the field — even with no network — and syncs everything back to the Gondal ERP automatically once they’re back online.
Built for the realities of rural fieldwork: patchy connectivity, long distances, and work that can’t wait for a signal.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Register farmers — capture name, photo, contact, community, cooperative and bank details for cooperative enrolment.
• Validate farmers — confirm and update member records in the field.
• Record milk collection — log morning and evening intake per farmer, per day.
• Log field visits — record topics covered, the farmers reached, notes, and follow-up dates.
• Track your day — a dashboard shows your collection volume, farmers under care, visits and more.
OFFLINE-FIRST, BY DESIGN
Every record you create is saved securely on your device the moment you tap save, and queued for sync. When a connection returns, AgentConnect uploads everything in the background — with per-record status so nothing is ever silently lost. You can see exactly what’s pending and what’s synced.
SECURE & PERMISSION-BASED
Agents sign in with credentials issued by the cooperative. Each agent only sees the features they’re authorised to use. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely on the device until synced.

AgentConnect is an internal tool for field agents of the Gondal Fulbe dairy cooperative. It is not a consumer app and requires cooperative-issued credentials to sign in.
