Ratings and reviews

User unfriendly app. No physical cards available. Virtual card is not working properly when trying to make a purchase in the store using Google wallets and google pay . The app does NOT allow to send money, it allows only to send crypto with high fees. When converting Euro to USDT, it is not possible to convert full amount, it leaves some strange amount behind. In general, very weird app. Customer support, could not help at all.. just apologizing and promising to be better in the future.

As of today app shows top up fee in EUR -3.5%. But actually charged my EUR debit card 3.7%. Worth mentioning the difference isn't a bank fee. Still no clear explanation from support on how 0.37 EUR fee was calculated for topping up the account by 10 EUR with a 3.5% fee. It would be a 200 EUR higher fee payment than user would expect on a 100k EUR amount. message to support - This review is for other customers. Answer is not required unless you explain how the commission is calculated.

Fishy and very high fees. Not sure why is promoted by binance as does not comply international standards and a lot of information is not in international english but in ucrainean. Already contacted support, hard to make it open a ticket to product team, tried to convince me my asumption is wrong, which is a bad approach.
